Shipping & Returns

At checkout, you will find detailed shipping costs for your order. We ship to most countries worldwide, working with artisans, designers, and home decor brands across the UK, Europe, and Asia to bring you unique items. For information about returns, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

 

Where We Ship

We are proud to ship globally! Because our items are curated from different artisans and warehouses worldwide, there may occasionally be shipping price differences based on your location. If this affects your order, we will notify you via email immediately after checkout.

 

Delivery Speed & Processing

Our standard shipping usually takes 10 to 20 business days (approximately 1 to 3 weeks) to reach your front door, depending on your country and customs clearance.

  • Standard Items: Orders for in-stock products are processed Monday through Friday and ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Custom Murals & Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing and manufacturing before shipping.
  • Expedited Shipping: If you need your order faster, please contact us ahead of time to verify stock.

Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate shipments. Because we ship directly from our global partners, this is a standard part of our process to get items to you as fast as possible.

Orders might occasionally be delayed due to billing/shipping address mismatches, pending credit approvals, custom customizations, or remote delivery locations.

 

Track Your Package

Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email with your order details and a tracking number. Because we ship routes globally, tracking information might take a few days to update.

 

Duty & Tax Information

Standard duties and taxes are not included in your Jass London shipping costs. Unless otherwise specified for your specific delivery method, it is the recipient's responsibility to clear customs and pay relevant fees upon arrival. We do not add hidden taxes or VAT to your checkout price.

Many countries have a "de minimis value" threshold. If your order total is below this amount, local duties and taxes may not apply. Please check your local customs laws for details.

Please note: If you refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you will be responsible for all postal charges, including return shipment costs and return customs fees.
