Canvas Care & Handling: To flatten your canvas, simply unroll it on a clean surface and allow it to rest; it will naturally relax once placed inside your frame or mounted. To keep your art looking vibrant, simply wipe it gently with a dry or slightly damp lint-free cloth to remove dust - avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Replacement Guarantee: While sales are final, your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will provide a priority replacement at no extra cost.

How to Claim: You have 30 days to inspect your order. To report transit damage, please email support@jasslondon.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
