Premium Material: Printed on high-quality, water-resistant polycotton canvas (280gsm) using UV-archival pigment inks for gallery-standard resolution.
Format: Rolled Canvas Only. This product is delivered in a reinforced protective package. Wooden frames are not included.
Bespoke Production: Every order is Custom Printed-to-Order. We do not hold pre-printed stock. Each canvas is individually cut and printed based on your specific size and edge finish selection.
Ethical Manufacturing: Produced in our partner certified manufacturing facility (Origin: P.R.C.) and quality-checked for shipping.
Canvas Care & Handling: To flatten your canvas, simply unroll it on a clean surface and allow it to rest; it will naturally relax once placed inside your frame or mounted. To keep your art looking vibrant, simply wipe it gently with a dry or slightly damp lint-free cloth to remove dust - avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Final Sale Commitment: In accordance with UK Consumer Law for personalized goods, bespoke items are exempt from standard "change of mind" returns or cancellations. All sales are final.
Replacement Guarantee: While sales are final, your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will provide a priority replacement at no extra cost.
How to Claim: You have 30 days to inspect your order. To report transit damage, please email support@jasslondon.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
